Group Booking
We welcome coach tour group visits to the Campbell Rhododendron Gardens. If you represent a group of more than 10 people, please let us know by using our Group Booking Form.
Please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions before submitting your booking application.
What happens next:
Once you make your booking using this form we will send you an email with the next steps to finalise your booking and advise you of the applicable booking fees.
Booking Fees: $5.00 per person
You will be asked to leave an initial deposit of 50%. Full payment is required before the booking is confirmed. Payment can be made via EFT transfer or Credit Card - details will be supplied.
The deposit will be forfeited if a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the booked date. Any cancellation will incur a 20% administration fee, and the balance will be reimbursed within 4 weeks. If cancellation is made earlier, the deposit will be refunded in full. No second postponement will be permitted.
Parking
Campbell Rhododendron Gardens parking is open to small Coach Tour Vehicles from 10:00am to 4:00pm each day. Large coaches are asked to park in the designated space near the Entrance Gates.
NOTE:
If you are intending to organise a group visit during Spring Welcome Weeks (October Labour Day weekend to early November) please use the Spring Welcome Weeks Booking Form.
